Initial Consultation Appointment - In person or Telehealth

During your comprehensive 60- to 90-minute initial consultation, we will conduct a thorough review of your medical history, measure your weight and BMI, assess any applicable vital signs, and perform a physical exam, if necessary. We will also discuss treatments or methods you have previously tried, along with your symptoms and treatment goals. If needed, lab work will be ordered, with a follow-up appointment scheduled approximately one week later to review the results in detail. This collaborative approach ensures a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Additionally, we will provide recommendations on which services at our clinic you may be an ideal candidate for. The investment for this in-depth consultation is $299, ensuring no additional charges are due at the time of your appointment, as payment is made in full upon booking.

Medication and Follow-ups

Following our consultation, your prescribed medication will be promptly delivered to your doorstep requiring no pharmacy visits! Routine follow-ups, whether in-person or via telehealth, are included with your comprehensive treatment package. Between these scheduled appointments, you will benefit from periodic check-ins and enjoy the advantage of unlimited concierge-level support, providing you with the opportunity to address any questions or concerns that may arise during the course of your treatment plan.
