2. Book your 30-minute consultation
Select a time that works for you—appointments are available in person or via telehealth.

3. Submit payment
All consultations must be paid in full to confirm your booking ($199).

4. Meet with Shelby Rojas, NP
All consultations are performed by Shelby Rojas, a board-certified and licensed nurse practitioner. Together, you’ll review your skin or hair health, evaluate needs, and determine the best prescription option. (

5. Receive your custom treatment
Once your prescription is finalized, it’s sent to the trusted compounding pharmacy, where your cream or solution is specially formulated and custom-made just for you. It's then shipped directly to your doorstep for your convenience.

Each formula is custom-designed to support hair regrowth, scalp health, and hormonal balance, and is prescribed after your consultation.

In addition to prescription solutions, we also offer microneedling with PRP treatments for hair loss.
This in-office procedure uses your won platelet-rich plasma to stimulate dormant hair follicles and encourage regrowth. When combined with a topical prescription hair solution, the results are often even more effective, supporting both follicle regeneration and scalp health for fuller, thicker hair.

4. What if I'm interested in both a hair and skin consultation?
If time allows, both may be covered within the same 30-minute appointment. Please indicate your interest in both during the intake form so adequate time and preparation can be ensured.

5. What if I also want to discuss hormones, weight loss, peptide therapies or concierge primary care too?
The consult is meant for skin or hair concerns only. If you would like to address hormones, peptides, weight loss, thyroid, or other medical concerns, it is recommend that you book the comprehensive consultation ($299), which allows more time and covers your full health picture.

6. Can I combine microneedling with my prescription skincare or hair loss solution?
Yes! In fact, it's both safe and recommended. Microneedling can enhance the absorption and effectiveness of your prescription creams or for skincare or serums used for hair loss. Combining microneedling with your prescribed treatment plan can lead to faster and more noticeable results.
